  • Objectifs To give participants state-of-the-art knowledge and practices in management applied to aerospace activities To provide them with the opportunity to meet (and benchmark) top professionals and top companies who are the training partners of their MBA To be an international, multicultural and cross-sector program where participants will share their experiences and build future professional collaboration
  • Stage The full time 4-month corporate mission in a recognised firm offers participants the chance to put theory into practice by actively working in the industry. After 8 months of study, they are ready to offer their assistance and consulting skills. Alternatively, these 4 months could be spent carrying out research at CERMAS (Center for Research and Management in Aeronautics and Space) on a topic related to the concepts developed during stages 2 and 3. The aerospace research center of the Toulouse Business School has close links with the aerospace MBA. Not only does it offer students the possibility to actively contribute to consultancy projects but it also develops process-oriented case studies for use in the program.
  • Dirigé à Our participants come from all over the world: 35 countries have been represented since the beginning. 80% of them are from the aerospace industry: 60% are engineers and 20% have a marketing or finance background. The remaining 20% come from other industries such as IT, chemical and petroleum industries for example. The typical profile: - has a MSc or an Engineering Degree - has between 10 and 12 years of significant experience - is about 35 years old To be enrolled in an international MBA program means a substantial amount of self-learning, personal investment and interpersonal skills.

  • Contenu Creating a team spirit and common culture

    The program of this 3-day team building and induction seminar is based on a series of group exercises and activities. It also offers communication and presentation skills training.

    At the end of the session, participants will team-up by groups to identify a management problem that they will solve during stages 2 and 3: it is called "Multicultural Team Project".

    Each group will submit a written report that will be assessed by the Aerospace MBA faculty.
    They will also be required to give a presentation on the results of their study.

    Developing core management skills

    After a 3-day team building and induction seminar, the curriculum starts by providing participants with a broad coverage of the main fundamental strategic and functional areas in management.

    The core modules are actually designed to develop theoretical skills and deepen understanding of core business topics.

    Applying management skills to a wider business approach

    Using the organization matrix, the program enables participants to work on cross-functional management problems with a generalist approach and then applied to the aerospace industry.
