    Work and study simultaneously!.

Enter the fascinating world of hotel and hospitality management and lay a solid foundation for your career in the global industry of hospitality and tourism.

Within the IUBH programme Study & Work you combine practice-oriented coursework with practical experience on the job. After an intensive two-year German course you switch on a weekly basis between doing academic course work and working at one of our German business partner companies in the hotel and hospitality industry - this study model, the "dual system", optimises your opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations.

    Your career prospects

Given the dynamic of the hotel industry, there are plenty of opportunities for challenging jobs and great careers. Our graduates take positions in a wide range of functions, such as regional marketing manager, international business developer, marketing strategy manager or project manager.

Typical employers of a Hospitality Manager are:
    • Hotel chains
    • Holiday and club resorts
    • Congress and fair organiser
    • Business Consulting

Work & residence visa for the EU:

Germany has a strong economy and – due to demographic shifts – a shrinking workforce. The German government has opened a route to the country for highly qualified immigrants: every graduate of a German university is entitled to receive a work and residence VISA for the entire EU after three years of successfully working full-time in Germany.
